Development Prerequisites<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Install Node.js and NPM<\/strong> : Download Node.js from official website<\/a> and Install it on your system. NPM comes bundled with Node.js<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Install npm packages<\/strong> : In terminal go to your project root directory and run npm install<\/code> command, It will download all the dependencies under node_modules folder.\u200c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Running development server<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Run ng serve<\/code> command to run dev server and access http:\/\/localhost:4200\/<\/code> to run your app\/project on browser. The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files.\u200c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As ng serve<\/code> runs watch command which detects any change in project files so it will automatically reload your app on browser if you make any changes in files.\u200c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Production building<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Run ng build<\/code> to build the project. The build will be stored in the dist\/<\/code> directory. Use the -prod<\/code> flag for a production build. Use --aot<\/code> flag for a AoT build. For example:<\/strong> ng build --prod --aot<\/code>\u200c<\/p>\n\n\n\n
